Who should I contact about my order?

If your enquiry is about when your order will be delivered, or you need to give the supplier specific instructions, you can either phone the supplier on the number provided on your order confirmation or you can email BoilerJuice at customer.services@boilerjuice.ieand we will get back to you as soon as we can.

How can I contact you?
Being an internet based business helps reduce operating costs which in turn helps us offer better prices on heating oil. Please email your query to us at customer.services@boilerjuice.ie and we will respond as quickly as possible. If you need to speak to us leave your phone number and we will get back to you. Any emails we receive outside of working hours will be dealt with as soon as our office opens.
