BoilerJuice is not an oil distribution company. The BoilerJuice website provides an online service enabling users to get a quote and order heating oil online from participating oil suppliers. BoilerJuice does not accept any responsibility for the accuracy of information or price quotations given to you by the oil suppliers/distributors featured on this website.

By making any purchase from an oil supplier featured on the BoilerJuice website, you are accepting that supplier's terms and conditions.

BoilerJuice is not in any way responsible for any liability resulting from any omissions or inaccuracies of any information presented by the companies offering other products or services featured on this website. By making any purchase from a company listed on BoilerJuice, you are accepting that company's terms and conditions.

Neither BoilerJuice nor its management or employees accept any responsibility, or any liability whatsoever, for the terms applying to any information given, services or products purchased from a third party via this website, or for any complaints relating to those services, products or information.

Use of this website deems acceptance of these terms and conditions by the user.

Term & Conditions of Membership

BoilerJuice is a service to oil users, providing access to competitive prices for heating oil and related supplies and services.

Individuals become a BoilerJuice member by placing an order or registering their details on the BoilerJuice website. Members can unsubscribe from BoilerJuice at any time.
Membership is free and BoilerJuice will not request financial or bank details from its members (although credit/debit card details are required for most online orders).
All financial transactions will be between members and suppliers.
Upon request, BoilerJuice will provide members with the best quote from oil supply companies who are registered with BoilerJuice. There is no obligation to accept the quote.
Once the member accepts a quote the order is passed to the supply company which will deliver the requested amount of oil at the price quoted.*
The appointed supplier will arrange delivery** and will charge members directly, prior to delivery.
BoilerJuice will protect the privacy of members and will not pass on personal details to third parties. Only delivery and payment details will be passed to suppliers once a quote has been accepted.
BoilerJuice has the right to refuse or cancel membership if a member fails to pay a supplier.
Boilerjuice has the right to cancel an order without prejudice and without liability.
The supplier has the right to cancel an order without prejudice and without liability.
The responsibility for all aspects of quality and safety of the delivery service rests with the oil supplier company and not BoilerJuice.
Use of hyperlinks on the BoilerJuice website is at members’ own risk.

* Prices are updated by suppliers daily. If a supplier fails to update their prices correctly, and a member accepts a quote based on out-of-date or incorrect information, they should be notified of the anomaly by the supplier at the earliest possible opportunity (and be given the chance to accept or reject the new price before the order is delivered).

** Guidelines on estimated length of time until delivery are provided with online quotations. However, these are estimates and they can be subject to change, for instance, in periods of high demand or unforseen circumstances.

Terms and Conditions of Sale of Goods

These terms apply only to the sale of goods from BoilerJuice and do not relate to orders for heating oil.

In accordance with UK law you have a 7 day "cooling off" period in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund in exchange for the return of the goods in the same condition they were received. This "cooling off" period starts the day after you receive the goods. On receiving your returned goods we will refund your payment in full within 30 days of your cancellation. The cost of returning the goods to us cannot be refunded. Should you wish to cancel your purchase within the cooling off period please contact us here.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit from you to us. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your name, address and contact telephone number.
