Standard Tanker

Choose Standard Tanker for the lowest possible price for your heating oil. Your order will be delivered in either a regular 6 wheeled tanker, or a shorter 4 wheeled tanker. The actual vehicle used will depend on the particular supplier delivering your oil. By opting to accept either vehicle type, you allow the supplier to route their deliveries with greater flexibility and ultimately this results in a lower price for you.

A 6 wheeled tanker is approximately 8m long and 2.5m wide. A 4 wheeled tanker is approximately 7.5m long and 2.5m wide, and has a smaller turning circle than a 6 wheeled tanker.

You should not choose this option if you know that one or more suppliers cannot deliver to your address using a 6 wheeled tanker.
